Christiana has over 8 years of experience in customer service and ticketing within the travel industry. She has served as a Team Coordinator at North Eastern International Air Services in China, where she analyzed customer problems and provided appropriate solutions. In her role, she worked with various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Worldspan, and Farelogix to perform tasks like first issues, reissues, and refunds. Christiana also worked as a Case Resolution Expert at FlightHub, where she resolved complex customer complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation.
