Experienced Project and operations manager, Sevda holds a Master of Arts (MA) focused in Conflict, Security and Development, International Relations from the University of Sussex. As a Project Manager at ATPI, Sevda is working with Marketing Partners of Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) for the planning and on-site implementation of the client program for Tokyo2020.
Before joining ATPI she was part of different sport events around the world, and has different roles. Sevda started her event management career back in 2014 with the inaugural project of European Olympic Commitees (EOC) which was European Games project that was held in 2015 in Baku, Azerbaijan. Afterwards she worked for Asian Games, Islamic Games, European Youth Olympic Festival, second edition of European Games (Minsk, Belarus) and 3 editions of Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. She worked with client groups as National Olympic Committees including different VIPs, organizing all the arrangements of the country’s participation in the event.
Which travel destination has impressed you the most and why? Rome, because I felt like I travelled in time to centuries back.
Which travel destination do you dream of and why? Egypt and Greece, just like history.
Which Olympic discipline appeals to you the most and why. Gymnastics, it is beautiful.
What do you prefer most in events and why? Event Operations during the event and last moment when everything is finished. I feel satisfied with the work I did.
