We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Travel Agent to join our Travel Team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and managing flights, accommodations, and transportation for corporate and sports clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless travel logistics, accurate data entry, and outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience using Amadeus (GDS) and Smartsheet to manage travel bookings. Location: Montreal, QC (in Old Montreal)
-This position is hybrid, with 4 days per week and 2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings for corporate and sports clients
- Process and track reservations, itinerary adjustments, and travel changes using Amadeus (GDS)
- Input and maintain accurate travel data in internal systems and client records
- Research and recommend flight options, route alternatives, and cost-effective travel solutions
- Monitor airline policies, schedule changes, and travel restrictions
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
- Create and distribute detailed travel itineraries and confirmation documents
- Audit invoices and expense reports related to travel bookings
- Maintain organized records of client travel preferences
- Provide last-minute booking support and urgent travel assistance when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel logistics for large group bookings
Qualification & Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a travel agency, corporate travel, or sports travel management
- Expert level proficiency in Amadeus (GDS) mandatory
- Smartsheet familiarity an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to anticipate client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to manage last-minute changes and solve problems under pressure
- Comfortable talking on the phone and handling customer questions
- Must be available to work weekends to support travel needs of various Global offices
- Passion for corporate and sports travel, airline booking, and global travel logistics
- Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory
- This position requires Canadian Citizenship
- Ability and available to travel from time to time
Work Environment
- Hybrid office based out of Quebec
- Schedule requires weekend work – Wednesday to Friday 12pm to 8pm / Saturday 8am to 8pm EST or Sunday 8am to 8pm and Monday to Wednesday 12pm to 8pm EST
