With over 10 years of experience in event management, Kelly began her career focusing on sporting events with a fundraising aspect. She was responsible for the overall planning and execution of the Montreal chapter of cycling and walking events of The Ride to Conquer Cancer and the Weekend to End Women’s Cancers. This position provided her with the opportunity to assist on events throughout Canada and to develop her network within the event industry.
Kelly joined the ATPI team in 2017 when they first opened their Canadian offices. As Project Manager, she focuses primarily on ticketing for major events such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
BECAUSE WORKING AT ATPI MEANS SHARING THE SAME PASSION FOR TRAVEL, EVENTS AND SPORTS.
Which travel destination has impressed you the most and why? I love everything about Italy. The history, the architecture, the scenery and above all else the food! Every city has such a story. It’s all just so impressive.
Which travel destination do you dream of and why? I would love to go to Greece. It has so many appealing aspects, the beautiful scenery, beaches, rich history and architecture to name a few.
Which Olympic discipline appeals to you the most and why? Having grown up figure skating, I have a particular fondness for this discipline. In 2018 I was fortunate enough to see Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir compete in Pyeongchang in the team event. It was such a proud moment watching them win the Gold medal for Team Canada.
What do you prefer most in events and why? I love that even if you are planning the same event year after year, it’s never the same! Events have a way of bringing people together in such a special way. For a few short hours, days or weeks, people from all over the country or even the world are united. To have even a small part in bringing that to fruition is incredibly rewarding.
