By now, we were hoping to be able to confirm that ATPI Canada has begun ticket refunds, but unfortunately, we are still waiting for the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee to confirm a refund date.
You surely understand that once we receive tickets refunds, we will be able to refund you. As soon as this information is confirmed, we will share it with all our valuable clients. Thanking you again for your patience and understanding. We sure hope to be able to provide a definitive expected refund date soon.
