This message is only addressed to clients waiting for ticket refunds. Other clients that have advised ATPI Canada to keep their ticket(s) and have received our confirmation are requested to ignore this message.
Following our commitment to provide you with updates regarding The Tokyo 2020 Olympic & Paralympic ticket refunds, we are still waiting for the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee to confirm a refund date to ATPI. Once we have received the ticket payment refund, we will be able to start processing all your files. For those who have purchased a package with us, please be informed that negotiations are still ongoing with airlines, hotels and other local suppliers. As soon as this information is confirmed, we will share it with all our valuable clients.
We would also like to remind you that the same method of payment used at time of purchase will be used for refunds. Our system will automatically confirm the refund by email. Should the credit card used be expired or invalid, we will contact you. We invite you to visit the ATPI web site (“LATEST NEWS” section) for the most up-to-date information.
