ATPI Canada received the refund today from Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee for all tickets returned prior to April 10th, 2021.
We will finally be able to begin the refund process starting tomorrow.
Please note the following:
Clients that have purchased Standalone Olympic event TICKETS from ATPI Canada
As we announced previously, this first refund by the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee concerns tickets that were returned to them before April 10th, 2021.
ATPI Canada will therefore be able to reimburse clients that had asked to return their tickets before that date.
The rest will be refunded AFTER the games (Tokyo 2020 has not confirmed their refund date to ATPI Canada).
Clients that have purchased a PACKAGE from ATPI Canada
We have completed negotiations with Tokyo hotels and other local suppliers. We will therefore be able to refund you your purchase!
Important:
As mentioned previously, your purchase will be 100% refunded. This will include all shipping and handling fees. ATPI Canada is also pleased to cover the difference in exchange rate with the Japanese yen (JPY ¥) that has depreciated since 2019.
This is not always the case with all official Olympic ticket resellers elsewhere in the world.
